✧ LIVE2D RIGGING Terms of Service ✧

While I don't have a will/will not rig section (as I don't want to discourage people from applying), I will very likely not pick your model if:✧ It's ridiculously complex (I'm talking hundreds of layers, toggles, etc.)
✧ It's not cut properly/the artist isn't open to .psd revisions/I'm not given permission to do revisions myselfI AM A GENDER AND BODY TYPE INCLUSIVE RIGGER!

✧ Rigging commissions are priced for commercial use.
✧ You are REQUIRED to credit me for the rig. Bare minimum, credit me in your Twitch/YouTube about page.
✧ Likewise, do not claim my work as your own or anyone else's.
✧ I have the right to use all completed rigging works as samples in my portfolio.
✧ I have the right to stream the rigging process on my Twitch.
✧ Once we mutually agree to have me rig your model, you CANNOT request another rigger to rig the same model.
✧ If you want the same model re-rigged by another rigger after I finished and delivered my rig, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST.
✧ So long as I am an active rigger, I DO NOT allow another rigger to edit or copy my completed rigs. If you are in need of rig edits, please reach out to me!
✧ Likewise, if the commissioner pays to receive the .cmo3 file, that is NOT consent to have someone copy/edit my rig.
✧ I send updates as follows: Eyes --> Head angles --> Body movements --> Physics --> Expressions/final touches
✧ When finished, I will send you a demo video and a Drive link to a folder with everything you need to run in VtubeStudio (.cmo3 file NOT included unless specifically paid for)
✧ PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME. Rigging takes me a while as I'm still fairly new to it, expect to wait a few months. If you have a hard deadline or want it by a specific date, PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS BEFOREHAND and we can figure something out.
✧ All progress is shown on my Trello, and I will try to give regular updates as much as I can! You are also free to message me at any point!

✧ If you requested a rig fix, you MUST have permission from the original Live2D rigger for me to work on it. I will require one of two types of proof of permission:
1). The rigger has given you written confirmation that they are OK with me editing their rig
2). The rigger is inactive on all social media accounts and thus cannot be accessed for confirmation.
✧ I will need the original .cmo3 file to edit the rig.

** New outfits are rigged as separate models, NOT toggles, to ensure a smoother rig. So, the discount applies to the full rig price. Includes 1 outfit and 1 hairstyle. Discount applied from total, after factoring complexity. Ex: 1 new full-body outfit with minimal complexity would be 175$.
